Finally F21

I hope it's no myth. Read in a magazine that Forever21 will be opened in 1Borneo Hypermall KK soon. Yay! Then there's no need to go to KL for it and in my case, I even went to the Lion City to purchase my first ever F21 dress. Keeping my fingers crossed. Hoping to see more affordable international brands.

Week In, Week Out

Oh well, I couldn't take any style pictures. Been traveling week in, week out for work. Already have my regular stop. Sometimes I got the twin beds.

It's a regular travel for me so I just prefer to be in t.shirt and jeans. It can get kinda cold, that's why the jacket.

I've bought a few clothes online but I just didn't have the time to take pictures with them. I don't know. There's always things that get in the way. Feeling bad about rarely updating this blog. Like I've said before, I don't live, eat and sleep fashion. I'm working far from home and it's a hassle to bring along my favourite clothes. I've learnt to live as a minimalist.
Hope I can squeeze some time for a style picture tomorrow. Right after church that is. Cheers!

The Pixie Cut

I was like blown away looking at Emma Watson's new haircut. She's one of the girls who can really really pull off the pixie cut look.

I think there's just an unconventional sexiness to it. Sometimes, it's not just about wanting to have a new haircut. It's also about turning over a new leaf and discovering a newfound confidence. I used to do it. For me, cutting my hair really short was somehow liberating and a sign to start anew. I'm growing my hair long now but when I saw Emma's pixie cut, I'm just tempted to chop it off again. Haha. I know I shouldn't make a rash decision. But if you're looking for more than a breath of fresh air, this look could be somewhat satisfying, provided that you do not feel regret afterwards. But when you're ready, you'll know it. :)

The Maxi Dress

When I first saw the maxi dress, it didn't cross my mind that I would be wearing one. For me it was quite a hassle to wear a long flowing dress. Surprisingly, I recently changed my mind about it. As I've grown to like maxi dresses, I would prefer the ones which are suitable worn while strolling out in the city. Meaning not too flowery and bright like the ones you would wear to the beach. My style inspiration for this look would be Lauren Conrad. I just fancy the way her maxi dress and long hair complement her look.

No doubt maxis are a fashion repeat but why not if they are fabulously stylish and comfortable.
