Wardrobe Organizer

Let me tell you about my current favorite software. Truth is, it's not something new but for me it is. I heard women talking about how they would refer to their notebook to see what to wear. I was wondering, in this day and age, there must be a software for it. So I googled for "wardrobe organizer software". Lo and behold, Dress Assistant came at the top of the list. It actually took me months before deciding to purchase the full download.

What I love about it, I could clearly see all the clothes that I own without having to take them out from the closet. Then I thought, so what? I started to see that I own too many dresses and next-to-nothing skirts. Then I was like,"okay...my long pants are mostly black. I need to have more colours. Hey! I rarely wear that one. Should I give it away? Hmm...Wonder when can I wear this. Ouuh! I actually have this. " For someone who just  loves clothes, this is really interesting. If you live in a four-season country, you can just look through your clothes for that specific season. As I don't, I can just ignore the function.
The main function of this software is to keep a record of the clothes and you own and enables you to plan what to wear for any occasions. It's very useful for those who have just way too many clothes. You can also create ensembles and note down events.
The tedious side is that you have to take pictures first and upload them according to categories (.jackets,  shirts, skirts, trousers, etc...even shoes, handbags, accessories...) So if you own a big wardrobe, it may take days. But hey, think of it as a fun activity.
I'm still uploading pictures. :)

P/S : Men can use this too. ;)

Yep. Cos the free demo can only accommodate up to 20 clothes. Mana cukup. Haha! I just closed one eye when I bought it. $19.95.
